Italian Meeting Update

We finally had the first Italian meeting tonight. A lot of non-Italians from the church attended anyway.

It was fun! This is how God works. We support Italian missionaries to Italy, Dean and Melanie Mazzaferri. Their son, raised in Italy, is now living with his family in Toledo, Ohio. Hears about our church starting Italian meetings and praying for an Italian church. The Lord puts it on his heart to come here and check it out. And so, Jake Mazzaferri and his family came 10 hours away to see if this what God wants them to do or not. How amazing is that!

This was the first time I went to church and did not understand a thing of what went on. It was fun singing (or rather attempting to sing) hymns in Italian and hearing a preaching in Italian. Wait, that' s not ture, I have been to catholic churches where the priest blabs and blabs in Latin.

Many of the visitors were elderly since it's their kids who brought them to church. They're just so adorable!!!! I'm looking forward for wednesday evening to hearing feedback. I'm sincerely praying that a soul got saved tonight. If not, then at least, many seeds were planted tonight!
