I have a new target
I have not given up on the other ladies though; they too need to get saved. There are, however, a few people at work that I have never spoken to concerning Jesus Christ, and that is mostly because I am not bold enough to go up to some of the Jewish lawyers and tell them about Jesus.
I wish I were bold as a lion when it came to witnessing.
Proverbs 28:1 The wicked flee when no man pursueth: but the righteous are bold as a lion.

I'm not particularly bold myself. Could be in part due to the limited conversation time I actually have with my co-workers. Most of our conversations are about things related to work and don't last very long. It is definitely in large part due to my own fear.

Angie, I too share that fear. It's actually a lot easier to witness to a stranger that you will probably never meet again, than to witness to a friend at work where you see each other on a daily basis.
Barbara, that sounds like a great book. I need pointers to help me with my witnessing. I will certainly check his website. Thank you for sharing!

I am pretty sure you are a lot bolder than I am.

I don't think so, Matthew. But I do find the closer we walk with the Lord, the bolder we are. The zeal of the Lord kicks in.

The more you lose yourself -spiritually that is - the bolder you get.

Well said, mom, we need to lose ourselves in God's Word.

Ooh... Jewish lawyers... yeah, I'd be hesitant too. Slightyly intimidating, eh?

Yay! I love new targets! I think it would be very difficult for me to work in an all-Christian environment.

It's challenging having to work in an un-christian environment, but at the same time, it's great. It's our little missionary field!
